I helped lead the kitchens at Local Foods Stock Cafe, Sunday Dinner Club, and Hoosier Mama Pie Company. I cook, style food, write, develop recipes, teach cooking classes, consult with restaurants, and do so, so many dishes.
I interned as a bread baker and a whole animal butcher. I have catered holiday celebrations, weddings (even my own!) and fundraisers.
During Chicago winters, I make a lot of soup for the Hideout’s Soup and Bread, a charity whose donations benefit local food pantries.
I love being a mom. I’m a regular at the library. I consume vast quantities of butter, caffeine, and pickles.
